Oso was born in land far far south, and he has lived the life of a rolling
stone in over a dozen places. He is currently based in Bloomington with
his wife who is a dyed-in-the-wool Hoosier.
Oso cut his teeth playing the blues and writing songs in Austin, Texas.
He has toured all over the South, played at the Baton Rouge Blues
Festival, the Deep Blues Festival in Clarksdale, Mississippi, and many
other places and venues.
Oso produced Chicago Blues Hall of Famer Carl Weathersby’s latest
record “Live at Rosa’s Lounge.”
He has an upcoming full-length album titled Shine.
